Gejala Masalah

Anda mengirim email ke server kami, dan anda mendapat pesan error atau bounce dari server kami yang isinya:

550 Unauthenticated email from your domain is not accepted due to domain’s DMARC policy. Please contact your domain administrator if this was a legitimate email. Please see https://docs.indoglobal.com/wiki/Pelanggaran_DMARC for more information.

Penyebab

Email anda gagal terkirim karena kedua hal tersebut di bawah ini:

• Nama domain yang anda gunakan mengaktifkan mekanisme DMARC supaya kami dan pengelola mail server lain dapat mengetahui mana email yang sah dari domain yang anda gunakan.
• Email yang anda kirim tidak memenuhi kriteria email yang sah sesuai dengan mekanisme DMARC.

Solusi

Silakan menghubungi pengelola domain yang anda gunakan. Mereka akan dapat membantu anda melakukan konfigurasi pengiriman email yang benar.

Symptoms

You intended to send an email to a domain managed by our server, and you are getting an error message or a bounce email with the following message:

550 Unauthenticated email from your domain is not accepted due to domain’s DMARC policy. Please contact your domain administrator if this was a legitimate email. Please see https://docs.indoglobal.com/wiki/Pelanggaran_DMARC for more information.

Cause

Your email didn't reach its intended recipient because of these reasons:

• The domain name you are using has an active DMARC mechanism, in order for us and other mail server operators to be able to tell legitimate emails from the rest.
• The email you are sending is not in accordance of the policy stated in its DMARC mechanism.

Solution

Please contact your domain or email administrator. They should be able to help you set up your email sending environment.
